![]() Winter grew up in North Texas receiving his first degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls. Winter, Publisher of the San Marcos Daily Record, is serving the vacated position on the board left by Don Moore. Lance Winter and his wife Becca moved to Hays County a little more than a year ago. ![]() Jessica is married to Jaren and lists Glen Rose, Texas as her hometown. Her education background includes a bachelor’s degree in communication from Texas A&M University, and a minor in business. She has served on the Board of Directors of the San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce since 2017, and in 2016 was named a San Marcos Shining Star Under 40. In 2018 she was awarded the Roland Walden Affiliate Volunteer of the Year Award for Habitat for Humanity Texas. Along with her work at McCoy’s, Jessica has been a member of the planning committee for Habitat for Humanity Texas’ annual summit for the past four years. She is responsible for the creation and implementation of the marketing strategy for McCoy’s three primary customer segments. ![]() She leads a team of 8 marketing professionals responsible for key corporate marketing functions including customer communications, store event planning, corporate and store sponsorships, social media channels, website content, customer data integrity, reporting and analytics, and print and digital marketing. Jessica joined McCoy’s Building Supply in 2013 as a Marketing Analyst, and now serves as Marketing Manager. ![]()
